While filling up our registration form only the essential details are collected to enable or filtering matchmaking based on your requirements and provided details. 

The data you provide including name, Identity, place of residence, DOB, and your other interests and preferences you put up in your profile represents it all that we directly present before your prospects. The profile picture is optional and its appearance, in turn, is your discretion. We obtain all these permissions to help you present a profile for others to see in deciding about their marriages. The details are shared with only the selected few that may be a match for the client.

We collect the information only once when you first fill the registration form.

The information collected from clients is used only for matchmaking to ensure the expectation from our esteemed clients are met before we propose and share the details with prospective clients like you and few partners to enhance the matchmaking.

How do we protect registration information?

All information captured through our registration forms are secured and with limited access. We understand that client information is sensitive and a matter of high importance and privacy. We make sure that this information usage is limited to as much as possible and by only selective and few and relevant people as possible. Our systems are regularly scanned for security purposes to ensure we do not lose on confidential information. Also, no information on mode of payments or card details are captured or preserved by us. We in our capacity strive towards using the best security options available, generally accepted by the industry and claim to make use of the information you enter with us for your enhanced search and experience only.

The information captured by us is not sold, traded or transferred to anyone outside our organization for any purpose other than the prospective match and matchmaking partners and limited for only for matchmaking purpose.

How long do we keep your information?

The client details are maintained as long as they are registered with us. Once the client opts to exit and informs us the account and details are deleted, we no longer entertain your profile with us, and all the data saved for matrimonial purposes gets deleted on confirmation from client.

How will you come to know about the changes we make in our Privacy Policy?

We post updates over messages, on our website and also inform you via mail whenever we incorporate changes in our marriage-related policies.
